Canadian Veteran Service Dog Unit
As part of Peak Inspections Inc mandate, a portion from each home inspection will be donated to local charities and Canadian Veteran Service Dog Unit. CVSDU exists to provide trained service dogs & support to military and first responder veterans suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and operational stress injury (OSI).

Single Family
This includes a thorough home inspection of the residential property including exterior, roof, basement, heat and cooling elements, interior, electrical, plumbing, attic/crawlspace and garage.
Condo/Townhouse
Everything that is included in the single family home inspection excluding shared components of the unit.

Other Services
WETT Inspections $200
This includes a basic inspection of the solid fuel-burning appliance and venting system components that are visible. It will include measurements of clearances, opening doors or dampers, and a visual inspection of the chimney from the ground. It will identify any noted deficiencies and red flags that may require a more detailed inspection. It will include a final report on WETT inspection forms
